While my education (Undergraduate and MBA) is marketing focused, I have spent most of my career on “the other side of the desk” in a variety of management, sales and marketing roles. Having run businesses, managed people, planned budgets, worked with financials, handled the marketing and advertising, plus running daily operations and all that come with it, I understand the challenges faced by many business decision makers. It is this unique business perspective that allows me to work with clients,

regardless of the industry, product, or service.


I began my career in the energy industry, managing operations in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, eventually creating the "Market" business model that was adopted corporate wide for 144 locations across six states. Deciding to take my career in a totally different direction, I entered the realm of healthcare, as Director of Marketing for a large, regional, musculoskeletal practice. I re-branded the entire practice and surgical centers, establishing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and marketing research projects, establishing the brand as one of the most recognizable health care providers in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono region. I also interacted daily with many business leaders and insurance providers as I oversaw the employee health segment of the practice in addition to my marketing duties. 


In 2010 I once again took a new path and created Schoenen Marketing, deciding to run my own business and use what I have learned to assist other business leaders with their marketing, media, and advertising plans and strategies. I have worked with owners, operators, and managers in a variety of industries, including but not limited to: healthcare, entertainment, higher education, financial, banking, and service based industries.
